Data you provide through our contact, booking or newsletter forms is processed on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a) and, where applicable, for the performance of the service relationship you request (GDPR Art. 6.1.b). During the booking process or the consultation preceding your session, we may ask about your symptoms or the area of the body you wish to have addressed, solely in order to prepare your session appropriately. This is considered a special category of personal data under Article 9 GDPR. This information is collected only with your explicit consent, is limited to what is strictly necessary to provide the service you requested, and is not used for any other purpose or shared with third parties except as described under "Recipients of the data" below.
